Sales Associate Selena was extremely nice and helpful. She even showed me how to place the charms into a necklace. She had a lot of patience as I figure what I wanted to buy my mother as a Birthday present.

I am a BIG Pandora shopper and love going to the Sevierville Outlet store. The staff is willing to spend as much time as you need when shopping. They NEVER try and rush you through a transaction.

I went on April 1, 2018 to get my first Pandora bracelet. There was a sign-in sheet, which was awesome because that meant no one jumped ahead in life. At times I did feel a little rushed because the store was full, but she kept me interested and moved with grace. The store was clean and full with smiling customers. I would highly recommend this store and the staff to anyone.
