Pleasant experience. Sales associate was excellent! Will be back!

I came in to purchase the special. Savannah looked and looked for the size I wanted, but found that the special was not available in that size. She helped me put together a bracelet with discontinued charms to keep the cost in my price range. She also explained that the outlet store was different than other Pandora stores and that they always have discounted, discontinued charms. I will definitely be back each time I am in the area. I will also spread the word to my friends. Most of all, I felt a special connection with Savannah. She seemed intent upon me as a customer and was determined to find a solution to help me make the purchase I wanted/needed to make. The store was very busy, and although Savannah was quick and efficient, I did not feel rushed to move on for the next customer.

The staff gives their attention to each and every customer. I never feel like I am being "rushed" when the sales associate is assisting me.

We had to wait a while but it was worth it because we bought retired rings (3) for the price of 1! So pleased with my purchase and the service that we received!!!

The ladies at the Outlet store we so helpful and friendly. I will always check with them when I’m searching for any charm.

we visit Severville, TN 2or3 times a year and make Pandora one of our stops. All the girls in my family now have Pandora bracelets and I get a lot of gifts there. My grand daughters also like your rings and ear rings.

Nicole was our associate and we were highly satisfied with her. She was very friendly and helpful and made our experience very enjoyable. She also went out of her way to be helpful and we ended up purchasing way more than we had anticipated. I would highly recommend Nicole and the store though we live in Canada and only visit once or twice a year.
