Savannah was very sweet and patient. This was my first experience in a Pandora store and was traveling on vacation and stopped in the store to fulfill a dream. Savannah helped make it come true.

The rings were gorgeous, and my boyfriend and I had no problem picking out a promise ring together. I found my perfect ring. However, the sales associate didn’t seem eager to help us. I asked to look at 3 different rings, and it seemed like it was a bother to her to get them out and show us. Maybe she was just having a bad day. I have shopped at a different Pandora location before, and the sales associate there was an absolute joy. I was just expecting more out of my shopping experience. I will definitely be back however.

The ring I bought the little jewels are falling out so I am returning it today..I paid over 300$ so I feel it should hold up from normal wearing..only had it two days!!
