Purchased sterling silver and diamond earrings for wife for Christmas and did not use 24 hours and they kept coming apart and falling off had to take back and the replacement was identical problem so had to settle for something less she was very disappointed

Donald was assisting another customer but greeted me and said someone would be right with me. Another female associate was dusting and straightening up the counter but not busy with another customer. She walked right by me at least 10 times without acknowledging me or offering to help me. She was clearly not interested in helping me but eventually asked if I needed help. I told her not to bother that I would wait for the other gentleman who turned out to be Donald. He finished with his customer and then helped me pick out a bracelet. He was so nice and knowledgeable. His level of service was excellent and he is an asset to your team. The other young lady was a poor representative of your brand and provided zero help and service. Customers notice when they are ignored.

The manager came in as we were getting ready to check out, he was incredibly condescending to both of the associates working. Couldn't believe he was talking to them like that, especially in front of customers. He didn't even acknowledge us, walked in between our group and dirty looked us like we were in his way. I'm a leader of team leaders and would never be okay with how he conducted himself. I almost stepped in when he was talking down to those girls.

Had a broken bracelet. Unhappy to find out Pandora does not fix anything. They only replace if within 1 year of purchase.
