The associates weren’t friendly upon entering we were rudely advised to wait outside until called,

Usually when I go in and purchase charms the sales associate offers to put them on my bracelet but at this store no one did. I had an extremely tough time putting my heart clip charm on.

Well, We were somewhat bothered by the sales associates constantly (loudly) advising other associates to watch the merchandise every time she walked away. Now I understand that there are shoplifters, But, We don't Steal! I had to wonder was it because of our race! We are just bothered by this. Normally when we are made to feel this way we walk out of stores without purchasing anything. I'm still considering returning my purchase for that reason. Sincerely, The Harpers

The experience was good, but I purchased 6 charms to only have received 5. Once we arrived home we realized after reviewing our receipts that the sales person Amanda only gave us 5. Unfortunately, due to traveling, we have been unsuccessful in contacting anyone for a refund.

I felt the sale person was really pushy and wasnt listening to my request. He continued to tell me how to spend my money. Then he dropped the tray I was looking at.. which caused me to have to come back to see the charms again.

This store is an outlet store and thus did not have the most current merchandise available. It is also 6 hours away from home so it is very unlikely that I would visit this location again.

Need more rings in larger sizes. Wish prices were a bit lower Store was hot inside

A few Disney charms I wanted to purchase were out of stock at 28St location. Ariel's shell and Belle's mirror

The sales associate Andra U was very helpful n friendly.

The promotional item only had one size available and based on the amount that I spent $454.34, I was awarded 3 bracelets. i was told I could exchange these for the correct size at my local Pandora Store. My store in Louisville KY would not exchange the bracelets since this was a promotion item from 2 years ago. I would have never spent that much money to receive 3 bracelets that I can't wear.
