Our sales associate Andra, could have had a better attitude. She was short in attitude and seemed rushing. I wanted to look at other pieces but wouldn’t leave her spot she was standing in because the glass was awfully scratched(more in this in a moment).She was knowledgeable with the items I was looking at but wasn’t very cordial. She might have been having a bad day, I do know, but don’t take it out on the customers. The showcases need to be refitted for the tops, it’s very hard to see merchandise when your glass tops are scratched to the point you cannot see the items very well. I could not see the items I wanted to see with a bunch of scratches hampering my view. Maybe pick a different case to show customers your trays of charms, because this was awful. The charms that are being used as show pieces need to be shined more often, they looked very, very tarnished and unappealing. Extremely displeasing to the eye.

I loved my experience and had a great associate helping, but there was a longer wait time to be assisted but I understand that is due to Covid. Nothing against anyone working or this store.

The bracelet the associate had me purchase was way too big. I wasn’t dissatisfied overall. I may not go there in 90 days because I was traveling during my visit there.

Some of customers was a little rude and one of the sales associates was little frustrated . But when Laura S came it she made the experience much better

I am not happy with the mask mandate. The selection was good, as was the customer service. I need to read lips and it makes it very difficult to have an enjoyable experience while wearing masks.

Just having to wait in line with this covid due to 2 or 3 the store at one time. I work in the medical field and just people really understood this viral infection.

I was looking for a charm signifying that I was “just married”. The charm was either unavailable or doesn’t exist. Otherwise I had a pretty good experience.
