Pandora Jewelry

I love pandora, but lately I’ve noticing that some of the charms are changing colors. I thought the charms are real!.

The salesperson is in a hurry.

The sales associate seemed like she was rushing us and seemed to be annoyed that we wanted to see a few items.

The sales associate was rude and was rushing me through my shopping experience.

I was satisfied with my experience when I visited. I was so satisfied I brought two other people with me the very next day. So satisfied I was approved for a Pandora Card.

The sales associate was getting annoyed with my teen and myself bc we were taking too long to decide on rings and just felt uncomfortable

I had order my bracelets on line and they were supposed to send me 2 free charms to go with the bracelets but they did not and they did not tell me why I had not gotten the charms was upset that I had not gotten the charms because they were going to the nurses that I worked with

There were 5 associates working, three were with customers and two were not. I knew exactly what I was looking for but had to wait for one of the two associates to acknowledge that I was there and ask if I needed help. Of course I need help, everything is behind a counter! It was disappointing because usually Pandora stores are very attentive to customers.

I was only dissatisfied with the waiting outside the store in the line in the heat. However, the pandemic has us taking precautions so I understand. I was completely satisfied overall with my merchandises and customer service. Plus the safety measures that the store offered.

I really was looking for certain charms for my bangle bracelet. I thought that since we were close to University of Tennessee Knoxville that this store would have a VOLS charm or a football to represent my son who plays football there. I also was in hopes of pink and green jeweled charms to represent my sorority, but the only ones was for the new smaller bracelet. Too many Christmas charms in the retired charms.
