I like the merchandise. I also appreciate the free cleaning. I like the sales.

They're was a long wait due to the pandemic

The first salesperson was not very helpful and obviously in a bad mood. The sale merchandise was not easily visible. I was hoping to see more retired pieces and not regular retail prices on some items because this was in a Tanger Outlet Center.

The sales associate who helped me appeared to be in a very bad mood. She was curt and acted as if she couldn’t really be bothered with helping us.

Store was very clean. Staff were kind. Quantity of charms was great.

The sales rep wasn't taking her time to allow me to choose what items I was looking for without being a rush due to the COVID-19 social distance policy. I felted very rushed and her lack of friendly communication made me not want to purchase anything. I did make my purchase and I'm happy with my selections.

The lady that helped me was so rude and had the nerve to say "Even if you don't qualify for the credit card that you will still receive 10% off!!!! After my credit limit of $6,000 was granted she perked up and treated me like I was a Queen!! I hope that she doesn't treat everyone this way. I was dressed down as I was on Vacation . The nerve of this woman.

The wait to get in the store but it was due to Covid 19.

I was looking for gift sets. The choices were next to none. I was also looking for zodiac charms and didn't see any. I love Pandora and I don't know if the outlet store just didn't carry these items or if they were out.
