Didn’t have what I was looking for. Sales lady didn’t offer to show me more products

The sale associate wasn’t very friendly...didn’t give much info regarding help on rings ..didn’t say much at all

There was only 1 available anniversary charm. It's difficult to find what you are looking for because of the way charms are grouped together, some of the groupings just don't make sense to me. Why can't all the "I Love My Wife" type stuff just be on the same tray or at something like that? Thank goodness the salespersons were very nice and patient with me while I tried to decide on which charms I wanted and how to stay under my max spending budget.

All pandora stores have associates that are not friendly sometimes wonder where you get them from. each store that I visit maybe will have two that are very friendly and helpful the others act like it a problem

I was trying to call to find out if you carried a specific ring and I could not get any one to answer the phone

Everything went fine. I was satisfied! I love the rings I got and they were on sale. Thank you!

This pandora was located on a vacation. I will visit another one closer to home.

I was searching for a particular charm and it is no longer available.

This was my first experience at Pandora, and it was a satisfied experience. The reason why it wasn't Highly Satisfied is because I had to wait for someone to assist me. But overall, the associate was knowledgeable about the merchandise, the sales of the merchandise, and other things necessary to know about the purchase.
