Pandora Jewelry

The parking lot was full and I had a hard time finding a place to park. Also, it was raining that day. This experience had nothing to do with your store; only my mood.

The way you were taken in order. The awesome sales. The variety of jewelry available.

Was a little warm in the store, considering the door was propped open & was 85 outside.

I took back a bracket that was broken. The selection of a replacement bracelet in my size was very slim - in fact I had no choice. The clerk was able to locate a replacement bracelet for me at another store two hours away. I will be driving there this weekend to attempt to make the exchange. I appreciate the effort the clerk made but having to wait and go elsewhere to get the replacement kept me from being "highly" satisfied.

The store did not have what I wanted in my size

It took quite a while to be greeted or even acknowledged for service. Customers entering the store after me were greeted first. Once I was finally greeted and made several purchases, then everyone was cordial.

It took several minutes to be acknowledged. Others entering the store after me were acknowledged prior to me.

When I first came into the store, there were not many people there but it did take a while for a sales associate to help me with my purchase.

The prices were some what pricey. I was looking for a medical charm as well. But overall im satisfied with my purchase just wish it was a little cheaper.

I was looking for gifts and had very pleasant shopping experience at this store. I will be coming back soon. The representative was very patient and kind to give suggestions.
