I had to request assistance from 5 sales associates that were huddle around talking to each other. when I walked in no other customers were inside, and I was not greeted, so although an associate came helped me, they acted as if they would rather not as well as I made them aware I was military and still. was not giving my discount

I was looking for a specific collection and they didn’t have it. However, being an outlet location, I was explained that they are a little bit behind regular retail locations so I get it.

There was a sign telling about gift sets having a percentage off. I was disappointed that it did not receive the discount on the gift set I purchased.

Store had a high volume of traffic and wait times for assistance were longer than I usually experience. It would run smoother if the associates had easy access to prices instead of having to flip through a book and scan the barcode with an electronic device.

I was looking for a new bracelet, the sales rep showed 2 different bracelets and tried one on me, I was about to buy it and I looked down and saw the Disney World bracelet and purchased that one. I think the sales rep should have showed me different options.

Being a factory outlet, the selection of new merchandise is limited. Also, there are no bargain on the new items. Being an outlet store, one expects a discount on items.
