it was busy but did get what I wanted. thought they would have better sales around Christmas especially at the outlet store.

They did not give me a bag to keep my bracelet in like on my previous purchase at West Town Mall in Knoxville, Tn. I was told the bag would help keep the bracelet from tarnishing and this Tanger Pandora in Sevierville, TN did not include one.

Everything was good as far as the store, products and associate. It was crowded and a unruly child in there. The problem with the shopping experience was no fault of the store. It was circumstances that couldn’t be helped.

There were not enough sales associates. Had to wait a long time for assistance.

Great service and sales associate was very helpful and friendly.

I felt like the signage in this store was misleading. A pair of earrings that I purchased were in a case labeled 30 to 70% off. The tag said $80, so I assumed that they would be at least 30% off. I paid regular price :(

There were three employees working when I walked in. Only one was with a customer but the others didn't seem like I was worth their time. They never even greeted me. When the one employee that was helping the other lady finished with her, she then helped me and I made my purchase from her. Her name was Andra.

The store was extremely crowded. I didn't know that I was supposed to sign in somewhere until I had been there 5+ minutes. I heard a sales associate call someone's name and then I asked a sales lady if I was supposed to sign in somewhere. If one is supposed to sign in, my suggestion is that there be someone at the door taking names as people enter the store, especially at very busy times.

Took three times of entering my purchase on machines for it actually to process my credit card.

Sales assoicate was very friendly. Great sale I only got 1 ring but would have got 2 more if my size would have been available. I understand at those prices sizes are limited but very pleased with my purchase.
