This was an outlet mall and the cost for items was greater than the cost in the regular malls.

Wait was too long.

They didn't have the bracelet/ bangle I wanted in my size in mint. I got it in a light pink color instead but I would have preferred mint/ teal/ aqua color instead. I did have to wait a few minutes when I got in there due to all the associates working with other customers, which I understand. Other than that no other problems with my experience.

We were here on vacation this is why we will not be returning in the next 90 days , but have told people while we are here to shop there and will tell our friends that come here to also.

Sales associate refused to take merchandise out case to look at, stated corporate policy. Another associate allowed us to view

They didn’t have enough people working, it was just very slow. And they didn’t ask for our names to be on the list until 10 minutes after we sat in the store.

This was a pandora that we visited while on vacation. I just didn’t feel that the sales person was that friendly

I was looking got travel charms. Selection was more limited than I had expected.

It was hard to tell what was on clearance and what was considered on sale or not and they wouldn’t tell me the price until the very end

I was looking for particular charms and the sale rep continuously showing me other charms than the one I wanted to see. Very annoying.
