For a while it felt like no one wanted to help me. Granted, all of the associates were helping other people, but I was not acknowledged for roughly 5-10 minutes (ex. "We'll be right with you").

Shipping cost for items ordered of the phone is too high. It should be no more than a $10 charge for shipping if ordering less than 10 items.

I was not highly satisfied with my experience. The sales associates are unfriendly & act like if they let you hold the product you’ll steal it. Guess you have to look like a snob in order to be treated kindly .

It took for ever to get waited on when there was only 1 other person in the store. They where more worried about cleaning the case than helping me

This is the 3rd time I came into the store to find only 1 sales associate at the front of the store while several other associates were in the back room not coming out to help. Even after more customers came in after me no one came out to help and when they did it was for the manager to check out another associates personal purchases before she left for the day. The sales associate that came out to help me had just come back from her break. I was thankful Laura was there to help me. She was so knowledgeable about the products and eager to help me find what I was looking for. This is not the first time I was helped by Laura and both times I was very satisfied with her excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for other associates at this location. Selena has also helped me a few times and I was very happy with how sweet, knowledgeable and helpful she has always been. I can only hope the next time I shop at this location I am helped by either Laura or Selena.

The associate that made us satisfied at all was Savanah. She was absolutely amazing, other than her, the rest of the staff did not seem as pleasant. They seemed stand offish, and walking in didn’t seem as pleasant as usual. Savanah took over for us momentarily, and it changed our experience from a complete negative one to a much better one. We wished she took care of us the entire time, and she really makes the difference at that Pandora store. If it wasn’t for her, this survey would have been completely negative.

I did not know there was a sign in sheet if you needed assistance. I walked around & looked several minutes before spoken to & then it was in a rude manner. I had to wait long time to even ask how I could look at charms.
