There were no problems. I went in for a specific item, was able to make a selection, and was able to leave in a reasonable amount of time.

I spent $171 on Friday night the 9th and $131 on Sunday the 11th but did not qualify for the free charm. I understand it was one day only but I did not receive notice from Pandora about the event (an email) and the store did not mention it when I visited Friday. I was very disappointed in this.

Length of time i had to wait

I bought a ring there in late July. Many of the stones have already fallen out. The store did not have a replacement in my size. Since it is my favorite ring, I wanted to replace that particular ring. The sales associate located the ring at a location closer to my home. I don't understand why she couldn't have taken my ring and had that store to mail the ring to me? There is no guarantee that the store close to me will be willing to replace my ring. I would have gladly paid for shipping to avoid the hour long drive.

It was very busy and it was a pretty long wait for help. The ladies were doing the best they could to be courteous to everyone and not make anyone feel rushed at the same time. The store was very nice and the entire staff was super friendly I just wish it wasn't such a long wait!!!

I was satisfied with the experience.

I thought some of the retired charms should have been at a lower price and the prices should have been listed on each panel.

The wait time for a sales person was very long, I am glad they did have a sign up sheet for sale people but just standing around while waiting was not good. I waited almost 30 minutes and I knew exactly what I wanted.

I was satisfied, it's just that returning in 90 days won't happen due to it being in another state five hours away.

At first going in where not greeted at all. The lady was with some one. Which I understand. She never looked at us nor said a word. We left and came back after a while. Another lady helped us and was very friendly. On all my trips a get a piece of pandora as a souvenir if you will. She may of been having a bad day. I don’t know. But I was disappointed thinking I was going to miss out on a tradition my husband and I have.
