Pandora Jewelry

I visited this location twice within two days. I was on a mini vacation in Tennessee. The first time i entered the store I did not feel like I was greeted in a warm manner.

On arrival to the store staff were welcoming and kind. I was seen in a very timely manner. The piece of jewelry I was looking was not in, but due to the kindness and knowledge about the similarities of the jewelry I was happy to make a purchase! This was my first time in a pandora store and I will most definitely be back!

There never seems to be enough staff working at the store. There's nowhere to sit or stand without being in someone's way. Not all the merchandise it out for you to look at.

The first person that waited on me clearly did not want to wait on me. She passed me off to the lady who actually helped me and this associate was very helpful. The first woman who clearly did not want to help me would not look at me and never actually spoke directly to me. I explained I had an issue with my safety chain breaking and one of my charms that were both less than a year old and she spoke to another associate about my issues while still not directing to me then in front of me passed me off to another employee without speaking once to me.

The store was very busy. They only had 2 workers who were assisting customers. We had to sign in and wait for our turn.

Sarah, the Mabager was off and I normally work with her. Pam was very nice but the iPad gave her trouble. It took one hour because of the issue. I plan to see if Sarah can help me next time. Thanks

The wait was to long the person was nice did not have a big selection

One of the salesperson took the book that I was looking through to scan a code for another custumer without asking if I was finished and when she finished she did not return it to where I was standing. When I brought it to her attention she acted as if I had not been standing there turning the pages and when she returned a book for me to look at it was not the one I had been using so it would seem she could have used the one that I had not been using for her purposes.

I was looking for a ring and they had none in stock. Was satisfied with my charm I purchased.
