Pandora Jewelry

It was Christmas time. Girls working as hard as they could! Possibly a couple more employees would help. My only complaint is when 5 or 6 ladies are around 1 clerk possibly the clerk could ask some to go outside - especially during this season. This "one" customer took up a whole counter.

Had to wait 1 1/2 hours to see an associate. I know it is a busy time of year, but the store needs more sales associates.

Nice workers very helpful

There was a sign in sheet to be waited on & I had been in the store twice & neither time was I told to sign in. Customers who entered after me were waited on before I was.

Thry did not have enough workers. Thry could have made alot more money but people where waiting so long they started leaving. I waiting a half hour.

I waited over an hour to get in the store to get a Christmas present. I missed another sale at a different store because of it. Should of had more people working..

There were three sales associates, one directing traffic at the door and putting names on the waiting list for an associate. As I waited for my turn, I noted the other associates manually looking up merchandise in a printed catalog for availability and pricing. WHAT????? in this age of technology, why? This took a serious amount of time, and my wait was at least 30 minutes for an associate while the previous customer painstakingly tried to select her next item based solely on price- a web-based catalog would immediately have been able to list all items for a particular price. The poor experience was based solely on the poor process, not the people-they were great!

Every thing was ok.

Items seem a little pricey, however once I own it for some time, I will then know whether the quality is really there and supports the price. This is the first time I've bought from Pandora.
