It was extremely busy and the associate was not very friendly. She didn't smile or even try to sell the items that were on sale.

Once enter into PANDORA store. I notice there was a waiting/sign-in list. Which tells me lack of help. Never was acknowledged of an ETA. My sales person designer team lead Pam was, not in touch with finding the items in the book.

There was only one Associate working in the entire store, so my wait was somewhat extensive. Other Associates were on break.

I have shopped at several Pandora retail stores, even in busy holiday peak times and it seems they have all been very efficient and knowledgeable. I am not sure if it was because this store was an outlet but the 4 or 5 times I have shopped there it just seems they are very scattered and slow and I always leave frustrated...even leaving several times before being seen. I just don't see how the other Pandora stores, even when much busier seem to have it so much more together. Thanks for the opportunity to share my concern!

There wasn't a big selection of charms that were within my price range. There were many out of stock. I found the store in Dawsonville GA carried much more options.

Not as much merchandise as I was hoping for. The sales lady was not as interested in helping me as she was my friend because I was not purchasing as much.

I am new to Pandora and was looking for the charms on sale. They were not visible had to be pulled from trays below.
