The cashier started working with me, then went to locate a sign in sheet. Instead of her placing the sign in sheet in the front of the store to be able to continue to work with me, she proceeded to speak with everyone else that was in the store signing them in. after about 5 minutes, she placed the sign in sheet in the front to allow people to sign in. This is what should have happened in the first place. If I didn't want the great deals I would have walked out! Just RUDE!!!!

Very awkward. Took my name. Didn’t feel free to just browse for a minute. Seemed so sterile. Selection isn’t as good. Packaging seems cheap now. Entire experience was off. Not comfortable and not enough new merchandise.

some stuff was rude! i was looking at the charms and lady just took tray and started to show it to another people. i was so surprised and mad.

My sales associate, Holly, was not very friendly. She was short with her answers and her patience it seemed. I bought a bracelet and charm and I didnt feel like a valued customer, at all.

Store manager attitude treatment very poor To the point of being rude. Amazingly attitude changed when she realized how much money we were spending
