We went into this pandora location twice within two weeks and experienced two completely different vibes from the employees. The first time the sales associate was extremely helpful and offered to clean my jewelry the second time a different sales associate was not as friendly and did not want to be bothered with anything. She was not helpful or nice

The store did not have a couple of the charms I was looking for. The online portal said they had in stock. I drove 30 miles and they didnt have the item in stock.

There were several associates there and only one who seemed to enjoy her job I stood there while the manager and another associate talked about their personal issues while putting stock away at the counter, the sales associate that help me seemed as if she could care less about her job, or if I was getting the bracelet I wanted . I have at least 10 pandora bracelets and I have always had exceptional service at the Dayton Ohio locations this was my first and last experience at the tanger outlet in Sevierville. The store was crowded and to have two people putting stock away shows they were disinterested in giving the customer care standard Pandora is known for

The employee acted like she could care less about us being there. We asked to look at retired Pandora she took out the highest. She acted like I had no clue what I was talking about. I bet I knew more about the merchandise then she does.

The associate had a very difficult time finding the charms/rings in the books to find a price. Why can't bar codes be placed in the trays so the associates can scan the bar code and find the price immediately. This took way to long. I would have bought more but didn't have anymore time to search through books to find prices.

The store’s return/exchange policy contradicts the receipts policy, which is very misleading. I believe each store’s policy should be on their receipts so it is not contradicting. If I knew the difference in policy, I would probably be more satisfied with the return/exchange.

The wait to see a sales associate was too long. I was told it would be 15 minutes, I waited 35 minutes before I could even talk to the associate. I ended up purchasing the gift and the sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will not go back under those same circumstances.

We were in a hurry and had to wait for a sales associate to get to us. Not enough for the amount of people that were there. Also, I won't return soon to this particular store because I was on vacation several hours from home.

The associate was new and that was fine. It was very hard for her and the well knowledged associate to find the charm I wanted, so they gave me the display. I asked if it could be polished and she said I would have to purchase the cloth and do it myself! I have cloths, but I wanted my new charm polished. Will never return to this location. May not buy from Pandora again if this issue is not brought to that staffs attention . I would have purchased more, but refuse to spend my money with people that need help with customer service. Retail is not for someone that lacks customer service. Any jewelry store will polish a piece of jewelry if asked to, but not at this location. This is the only Pandora store that I've been told they can't polish your new charm for you.
