When we entered the store there were two sales associates behind the counter and neither one acknowledged half of the patrons in the store. Several people were waiting around for customer service and no one let us know that we needed to sign in to get assistance. It was only as we were walking around looking at the merchandise we saw the list.

The store was not properly staffed to handle the amount of shoppers. Should have extremely staff during the holiday shopping season.

The store was very crowded. The associate that was helping me had no expression acted as if it was a bother to help me , she offered no input at all .

Others came into the store after me and were assisted before me. I asked why and got no real answer except there's 3 in front of you. These three also came in after I did. I was there over 3 hours as I have a receipt from the store I left with the time on it until I was checked out at this store. The sales staff wasn't as it should have been as it being a holiday-after Thanksgiving Saturday with only 3 assisting customers and one at the door.

Was not satisfied with the choices I was given. Some things I thought I saw in the retired book, the sales person said was not marked down. I ended up buying two pieces I really didn’t want. Now I’m stuck with them.

I have tried for 2 days to call the store to place an additional order but no one answers the phone and the message memory is full. They were pretty good about answering my questions online until I said I wanted to order and then silence both online and no answer on the phone. I guess you no longer want my business. This was at the Sevierville store.

Upon entering to store the sales associate was not pleasant she didn't even speak she didn't even knowledge that we were there I spoke to her she still did not speaking and I thought it was very rude even though she was with another customer you still should look up and A knowledge them being there after she finished with her customer I could tell that she didn't want to wait on me so another lady did and she was great it was my first time every buying pandora I just think that the associate could be a little more kind I did spend almost 200 dollars

The sales associate whom first greeted me asked if she could help. With every question I asked the answer was "no" "no" and she even went to the extent of referring me to a leather shop down the road that sold Pandora?!?!?? She did not seek to meet any of my needs. I was dissatisfied with her friendliness, availability of assistance and lack to search to find anything comparable to what I was looking for. The manager proceeded to take care of me for the remainder of my visit and she was very nice to work with and sought to meet my needs.
