Pandora Jewelry

I visited this outlet store during the same week in 2016. I found a wonderful selection, great value and service. This past week's visit had very little selection and none of the discounted prices I found last year. The most disappointing aspect of the visit was the same inability of the sales person to determine the price of the beads I selected. The same laborious process of looking up the bead in one of MANY books, tattered, and missing pages, and not the PANDORA I would have expected in this age of technology and available data.

The sales associate acted like she was ready for me to just buy something and leave. I was trying to look at the displays on the wall she said that the merchandise was in the middle of the store. I would have purchased more products had I not got the feeling from her that she was ready for me to leave the store. She wanted me to make one selection and leave. I really wanted to purchase a necklace but her attitude made me just want to get out of the store. I LOVE Pandora and was so un happy I didn't feel welcome to shop more in the store.

I purchased a charm and while there found the ring my traveling partner was looking for. I walked out to get her and bring her back in (she is on a walker). While we were waiting (several minutes) to be waited on, the next available clerk went to the door and let another couple in and started waiting on them instead of us - we had been waiting patiently to purchase the ring. We let him know that we were next and the customer even offered to wait their turn. He did not. My friend and I left and went to Jared where she spent $980.00 for the same ring in white gold. I have 5 bracelets of charms and rings and will purchase elsewhere. I almost returned my purchase but there was a line to get back in to the store. That practice is awful and offensive. No other Pandora is blocking entrance to the store.

The store was good but my ring is fake and turned my finger green after 2 days of wearing I payed 93$ for a piece of fake jewelry

The assistant Manager was rule and seems to want to get rid of. Maybe because of my age (17) or because I was back again. Last time I spend over $100 so its not like I was window shopping. I don't think I deserved that. Everything else was great.

The young man that helped my wife was awesome. This issue we had was with another store employee that snapped at my son over the store traffic counter. We didn’t appreciate her saying anything to him, especially since he wasn’t doing anything that could cause harm to the store or himself.

Zachary the manager loudly spoke that he had no idea who Tiana was when asked to get the charm from the tray. He also declined military ID for use on a purchase outside of the sale price items.

Holly did help me but her attitude and demeanor you can tell she really did not want to help me. She was more concern about the other two women that was looking at what came in new

I bought 2 charms that go at the end to hold the other charms in place at a previous visit to pandora. Went to the store specifically because of one falling of my bracelet after only wearing for 2 days. Very dissatisfied the customer service stated there was nothing they could do about it. When you pay 45$ for a charm I would expect it not to fall off and come unclipped. Had to purchase another 45$ clip that didn’t match my other one.

The sales person was not friendly at all. I would have purchased a lot more. She acted like she was too good to wait on us. I have more Pandora than you can imagine. I won’t be back to this store. Not to mention that we have to stand outside and wait to get in because they are only allowing so many people at a time in the store. What a joke!
