They had you sign in on a list when you came but not enough employee to accomodate everyone so some people left and it was a long wait for others. But the cashier who waited on me and my party was excellent so the wait was worth it.

There clerk was so not ready to be in the floor. I waited 20 minutes to be waited on. There was 1 salesperson and she was busy with a customer then this salesperson just walked in. Took her 10 minutes to ask me if she could help me. She needs now training

My husband and I arrived and waited over 20 minutes before a sales associate acknowledged us or advised there was a sign in tablet. There were multiple customers looking at every piece of jewelry in the store with no intention of buying and they tied up the limited associates on duty. I had a birthday gift card and Christmas money and went to the store knowing specifically what I was looking to purchase. After waiting over an hour, we were finally helped and purchased three expensive pieces, only one of which was on sale.

Associate said there would be free gift with purchase, made purchase then told no, did not qualify. Would get tote cause spent over $200, did not receive. Asked for December promo items, rec'd 1 under duress, told other been out of "forever". Don't appreciate LIES.

I asked about returning a new bracelet (leather) that broke first time I tried to put charms on it but because I no longer have my receipt, not happening. We asked the girl (it was her first day) about the price and when it rang up it was twice what we were told. we returned it

Went into crowded store moved to the counter to view merchandise, knew what I wanted stood in line for 10 minutes people standing behind me in the back the attendant called a name and the lady in the back moved forward to the counter. After this happen a couple of times I asked if I needed to put my name on a list for service, she indicated that I did, however she didn't offer to take my name. I asked how long it would be I was meeting a group at noon so I was on a tight schedule. I had to go away and come back. I don't mind waiting my turn, but if I needed to be on a list for service then someone should have notified me upon entering or there should have been signage to that effect. When I returned I asked if I needed to put my name on the list and when I finally got service I mentioned that this was my second attempt to purchase items. She apologized but I noticed several others were like me on the first visit that day. No on told them to get on a list for service and they were becoming irritated. Love the product, hate the service format.

Bracelet purchased on vacation in another state and it broke two days later. Tried to return it at a local jewelry store but was told I had to drive 2-3 hrs. to another outlet store in NC. because they did not carry that bracelet. Did not realize outlet quality = poor quality

I went into that store over the weekend for the sale. When I asked the salesperson if they had a certain charm I was told yes and she walked away. I then waited for another salesperson to help me and she did not just moved onto another customer. I later went back two days later the sale was off.

Sales lady very loud, acted like she didn't want to help us and one of the rings purchased, the Pearl fell off.

The sales associate didn’t act like she wanted to help me. She seemed disinterested and I felt rushed. I waited one hour to even be assisted; therefore her complete attention would’ve been appreciated. I bought several items but I may have bought more if she had a little more customer service skills and seemed eager to make suggestions.
