I waited over an hour and 20 minutes before an associate was able to help me. They had to close the store down at least 15 to 20 times while I was there because it was overcrowded. Most of the time there was one associate helping and she might be with the person 30 to 40 minutes. You’re losing a lot of money and poor service. I would not have stayed but I needed to get something for the people in my office and after 40 minutes if I like you spend a lot of your day there already.

You couldn't see the inventory. Only say 5% of available charms could be easily viewed. It's crazy hiding the stock.

I purchased a bracelet and the computer hung up when I was checking out. They rung it up again. It showed up on my bank as pending twice. Called the store and they said one would go away and I would not be charged. Both charges have posted to my account and I have called the store 5 times and no answer. They want to sale the product but don't want to correct the problem.

I was highly unsatisfied with the lack of knowledge the sales associates had of their inventory. Even though I came into the store an hour before closing, the sales associates were annoyed with the fact I had questions regarding certain pieces and they were not very helpful in relationship to the price, make, sizes, etc.

The wait time was ridiculous! Especially when the manager was clearly in the back as she came out several times with several people waiting and didn't bother to help the other 2 sales persons. Very poor customer service. I even approached her about it

The sales associate that helped me was not friendly at all. She made me felt as if I was bothering her for being there. I was there to pick out a birthday gift for myself. She put a damper are on being in the store. She made it difficult to look at charms by the way she showed the trays. I felt awkward to ask her to look at different items.

I was very unhappy with the attitude of the sales staff. When we finally asked someone to come and help us she acted as though we were a burden to her and kept making comments to the other associate about how long we were taking to select our rings and that she was trying to hurry and finish helping me. It made me feel very uncomfortable and unappreciated.

The store was very crowded. We were not greeted upon walking in and not informed that you must sign a clipboard to be called for assistance. Once we noticed 2 people behind us sign in, we put our name on the list. During our 1 1/2 hour wait, manager Pam never acknowledged that she called the wrong name on the list and skipped someone. She then left only 2 sales people working for I assume a break and never returned the entire time we were there. The associate that assisted us was polite and we were finally able to make a purchase and leave. I will not recommend the Pigeon Forge store to anyone and will not return to that location for any future purchases.

Had to wait. Customer tried to jumpahead in line because there were not enough associates on the floor to assist. 20 minute wait to purchase items.
