I was very satisfied and happy with my purchase. No problems at all. Only 1 of the Murano bead charm I looked at wasn't exactly what I was looking for color looked way different than what I'd looked at online but otherwise I was very happy with everything I got

I was not informed by salesperson that if I purchased 3 or more of the discontinued charms I would receive 20% off. Two days later when in store I was told of the special. I was informed even though it was salesperson mistake there was no remedy. I would not be allowed to return and repurchase. I also was not allowed to purchase an additional one to receive the 20% off and adjustment on original purchase. I understand no return policies and etc. However, I do not feel it is right not to allow exceptions when it is an error of your trained salesperson. I have 6 granddaughters, a daughter, a daughter in law and myself I purchase Pandora products for. My original intent on return to store two days later was to purchase more items. I also had my daughter and two of my granddaughters with me with an intent to purchase. After this experience we left not purchasing anything.

We stood in line for more that 20 minutes and then the associate outside took a customer from further back in line that had only be there a few minutes. We had waited in line and should have been the next into the store but the associate allowed that customer instead. Yes she had an exchange or return but she should have had to waited her turn like everyone else. This was just very unfair and the associate apologized but didn't give a reason for allowing her to move up in line. This is not the first time I have been in this store and had poor customer service. The last time I was in the store I ask to have my bracelet cleaned and that associate acted as if it were a problem. I did purchase something but the customer service in this store is lacking in a lot of ways. I hate that I ask her to do something she didn't want to do but that is her job. My friend that was with me ask to see something and this same associate again acted like it was a problem to show her an item. I love pandora but my experiences the last 2 times to this location were very unprofessional and the customer service was poor. I did not even go into the store this last time as I had spent so much time outside

I asked to have my bracelet professionally cleaned and the associate simply put it in a bowl of solution on the counter and rubbed it and gave it back to me in as bad a shape as it was when I gave it to her. When I inquired about how to clean it in the future, she told me to use Dawn dishwashing detergent . I called to verify this and was told that the bracelet should have been cleaned by machine and NOT to use dishwashing liquid. I am highly disturbed and unhappy with how my bracelet looks. I have a lot of money invested in this item for it to look this way.

Holly was so incredibly rude to my mother we only bought one item. She kept arguing with her about the size of the bracelet and how it would fall off. When we bought the bigger size she became VERY short with us and had a horrible attitude- will Not ever shop here again!

I enter the store ..one sale person was there ..there was 4 people wait on some one to be waiting on..I waited about ten min…the sale person come in stared waiting on me …I ask her(Holly N no. 187014) some questions about some of about the jewelry …she did not won’t to waiting on me at all.I ask her did she have a problem with me ..she say in a very hateful attitude..no…I got some jewelry…I was going to by more..but not with her the attitude she had….I work very hard for my money…and to be down grades like she did …I will tell everyone I know not to go back there to deal with her….I have got a lot of jewelry from your store….thank u

The associates left us standing outside when the store wasn't EVEN at capacity. We FINALLY walked in on our own and we're not EVEN acknowledged.

The associate was very rude. She acted liked we weren’t going to buy anything so she didn’t want to help us. Once we bought something her whole demeanor changed but honestly we didn’t want to but anything due to her attitude and lack of interest in helping us.

I shopped at a store in TN that had one customer & 4 staff. I had to ask if I could shop. Once in, I perused the merchandise when the associate that let me in, retreated to the back of the store! No one tried to assist me. I had on a mask & touched nothing. I waited & did purchase something once I got someone’s attention. Just rude! And in these times, I would think Pandora is SELLING merchandise!!
