First - sales associate was not nice, nor cared if we bought anything. My husband and I came to buy a family member a requested bracelet for her bday. Then my husband purchaased one for me as well. The store was not busy but she clearly wanted to complete the sale. My gracious husband wanted me to shop more and while he was paying for the first purchase I located a chain I wanted to try on. Long story short we spent maybe 5 minuets deciding Including a charm my husband wanted to buy for the chain. Sales lady never thanked us nor said one word to us when leaving!!!

The Manager Pam was very rude to myself and friend. We were standing at the counter and the VERY NICE sales person was helping us, we were standing beside 2 other people. The Manager PAM very rudely was talking to the our sales associate and asked her to move down to make room for the person she was showing rings too. FRIST OF ALL: there were ready 4 people standing there and there were 3 other counters that were empty. I looked at her in shock and said REALLY..I need to show this lady the rings. The girl I was with said: NOT LIKE THERE IS ANY MORE COUNTERS and she said something under her breath. SECOND: she was also RUDE to the girl that was helping us. I have 4 Pandora bracelets and I love all them and that day between myself and my friend we bought 7 charms. She was also RUDE to her staff. I hope you will at least talk to the employees about Pam because the 2 sales person that were standing there AGREED WITH US AND SAID SHE WAS ALWAYS RUDE WITH THEM AND SOMETIMES CUSTOMERS. I just wanted someone to listen and know what you have representing your name.

I had to wait over an hour to be seen. The employee made sure to leave when her shift was over with multiple people waiting.

There were two people on the sales floor. The store manager stayed in the back on a phone call per the associates . There were more associates there ,but in the back. As a former store manager in luxury retail this was the WORST customer experience I have ever seen. I understand waiting to be helped ,but being so understaffed the Friday before Christmas and to top it off all your associates in the back that are there. It’s a good thing the lady named Penny and the other lady named Mcayla were there because they where what kept the store slow moving. I witnessed several people ask for the store manager and in the hour I was there she never once appeared on the floor. I know Pandora prides themselves on higher standards. I just feel bad for all the money this location lost due to poor execution of holiday staffing, lazy workers, and side tracked managers. I saw numerous people leave while I aired to be helped. The only reason and I mean the only reason I stayed to purchase the items I needed is because it was for my father in law that cannot get out to shop.

EXTREMELY long wait times. Associate took people’s names to wait on them in order, then seemed to ignore the list to help people just walking in.

There were only 2 associates working on a Friday evening during holiday season in the busiest shopping centers in the area The assocoiate, when after 30 minutes of waiting, couldn't find a book for pricing etc. I purchased 4 charms that were PRESELECTED and I was in the store for 1 1/2 HOURS!!!!!!!!
