It was fast, easy, extremely helpful and very friendly staff. I had no problem looking at anything or asking questions. I will return to this store or Ashville n.c. store hopefully in the next 90 days.

Pandora is exclusive jewelry, so I hate that I can't buy insurance for more than a year. I bought my jewelry in May and in June my clasp broke and want covered.

Was helped right away. The associate was very helpful with good suggestions. She was friendly and made the whole transcation pleasant. I believe her names is Rhonda. I have a suggestion in that I think it would be great if you carried jewelry of Faith in your selections. I found a small ring that has angel wings that I did buy but that was the only piece you carried according to the associate. Thank you
