The lady that helped me was a new associat e, and she was still pretty knowledgeable about the products. The other associates were very eager to help her with anything she didn't know, and me as well.

My clerk went above and beyond. After putting my charm on she cleaned my bracelet and even gave me tips on how to keep clean and to keep it out of water!
