Our sales rep, Laura S. was amazing! She took the time to explain how to size my wrist. Showed us the different styles even the discounted ones. She showed use the charms we asked about and made suggestions on things I should do to keep my bracelet from loosing its charms. She showed us the charm stoppers and the safety chain to purchase in the future. Laura and her coworker interacted with my husband and I and made us feel extremely welcome and special. Thank you!
