Wonderful salesperson and patience as my husband and I looked for new charms for my bracelet. She found charms for my traveler's style. And she walked me through any retired charms I might like as well.

I had a great experience at pandora. The sales woman helped me pick out the perfect charm. She showed me mupltile trays and different metals.

The sales lady was extremely friendly and helpful. After the experience I’ve had the last few times I’ve visited a Pandora store it was very refreshing. The other experiences the sales ladies were very rude and acted like I was wasting their time almost ignoring me so I walked out and didn’t even shop. Holly was personable was very interested in what I was looking for. I give her five stars!
