The ladies at the store I went to were very attentive. They allowed my cousin and I to try on all the rings we requested and allowed us more than enough time to think about our options. They also informed us of the alternative options of the rings we were looking at.

Safety measures were taken! Sale associate was very kind and considerate. Associate took her time and shared information with me on my selection. I had wrote down names of charms I was looking for and I really needed charm number! This will be very helpful for next visit!

I love visiting the SeviervilleTN store when I am vacationing in The Great Smoky Mountains. I always find great deals and the sales associates are always friendly and helpful.

I was waited on almost immediately upon entering the store. I chose several charms with help from an associate who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She spent a great deal of time helping me. She noticed that one of my bracelets was "flawed" and exchanged it free of charge for a brand new one and cleaned all of the new and existing charms on it.
