This is the only Pandora location I really visit. I also order online, but I visit this outlet location every time my family goes to Gatlinburg. This time I had an easy purchase. Last time I really wanted a necklace that had been discontinued, and the sales associate looked for over an hour for me until they found the last one that they had. I was so happy about that and I wear it every day. (I really really had wanted it for a long time!) no one ever tries to pressure me or up sell me.

This was my first ever bracelet and the ladies there were so helpful and nice. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I will definitely be back!
