Donald took time to explain about the merchandise that I was looking for, showed me different items so I could get exactly what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and was so helpful and kind. I had not bought a bracelet before and he was very helpful.

The sales associate was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and funny! This was my first time in Pandora and he took the time to show me all of the available bracelet styles and helped me find the style that I'd be most happy with. He answered my countless questions and even helped me after I left and came back an hour later with more questions.
