The manager was a little abrupt when I enter the store. She explained they didn't have a Pandora charms that's they had written the Tennesse area. She claimed I snapped back with attitude. Which I didn't it was high humidity and I was on a long line to wait to go in the store. Didn't appreciate her rudeness she had red hair and glass. Carmen assisted me in my sales and was excellent and pleasant.
