Was surprised at the knowledge of the salesperson and the product availability

It was my first time purchasing something from Pandora. The sales associate was very patient and helpful in finding me something I like. The associate was great on explaining the purpose of what is needed for my bracelet.

I love pandora because it’s high quality stuff for a good price. We always are treated well. Also we always get exactly what we thought we were getting.

The customer service Rep Holly N was very courteous, efficient and helpful. That is hard to find this day in time. She is wonderful!!

Great service and friendly staff

This Pandora store was large with multiple displays, so while one is waiting you are not bumping into other customers. The staff was knowledgeable about current, and discontinued charms. They were helpful, polite, and quick to serve their clientele.

Found what I was looking for and the price for the items was satisfactory the wait wasn’t too long considering it’s a holiday weekend.

Love going into a store that has great customer service
