Always a positive atmosphere every time I come to town and visit this store. I’m from Mississippi and come visit family every 3 months. Large selection and friendly staff!!

Lauren was so helpful and willing to assist when another store associate by the name of Caroline treated me so bad she was rude and very vocal on unprofessional word and tones that had me ready to walk out. But you guys blessed me with an very professional and well trained and skilled associate to help and that is what Customers services is about. The experience with Lauren was outstanding.

This was my first visit to the pandora store in pigeon forge, tn. This also was my first purchase of pandora. The store associate was very helpful. I will return in the near future. Could not have been treated any nicer. Thanks
