Excellent selection and sales associate very friendly and helpful. Helped select charms and to help me get the most savings based on the selections I made. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Pigeon Forge this summer.

The employees were great. They helped me pick out a charm for my bracelet. The store had a great selection of charms. After I purchased my charm the lady put it on for me. Great customer service!

Staff was very helpful with my exchange. They were able to find another at the Asheville, NC outlet store and have it shipped to the Sevierville, TN store to replace the clip I purchased. It was VERY difficult to close. In fact, almost impossible.

The sales associates were very friendly and knowledgeable about items in the store. They answered my questions about how to clean my current bracelet. Were very helpful to my daughter who also had a few questions!
