The gentleman who was helping us was very pleasant to work with and was very knowledgeable about the stores products. The store was very clean and well lit. Our purchase was simple to make and was an easy transaction.

I had bought Pandora bracelets and charms online for the bridesmaids in my wedding. One bridesmaid had to back out and because the charms I had gotten were unique to her they did not fit the new bridesmaid. The person who took care of us at the store was amazingly helpful and did the charm exchanges smoothly and effortlessly with no questions asked. Because of this person, I also purchased a charm for my cat and another charm for myself. Loved my experience with Pandora today.

The Associate's patience, knowledge of the product, and ability to assess the customers individual needs made all the difference. I did not intend to make a purchase when I entered the store. Maliyah R sold me on this product. She was Pandora to me.
