the salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable about the charms. She was very parient and offered to show me different pieces. She never pushed me to purchase and took the time to look up each price. She asked what i liked and showed me pieces to fit.

The sales associate Laura was so very helpful. She took all the time I needed and never once acted as if I was hindering her and that is uncommon these days. She definitely needs a raise 😁

This outlet had a large selection of retired charms that were reasonablely priced.

The people in the store were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to try to find all the charms we were looking for.
