Staff was great

The store was very clean and organised,sales rep LAURA S WAS WONDERFUL. SHE MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND HER KNOWLEDGE AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF ITEMS WERE ON POINT.

The sale lady was extremely professional and super friendly. She listened to what I had in mind and quickly helped put together what I was wanting. The other sale lady assisted by cleaning my jewelry while my initial lady helped build my new idea.

My husband went into the store unaware of the closing time, which we walked in just before they could lock the doors. There were 2 associates in the store that I am aware of at that time and neither one of them made us feel rushed and took the time to make sure we were completely satisfield. Due to the service we received we will definately return to the same store.

The sales associate was very helpful. The store was very well organized. The ring I purchased was stunning!

When i first walked into the store. I was asked a young brunette lady with long dark hair and asked for assistance..she answered my question but brushed me off as I was going to inquire about something else..so i let her walk off...It might have been i was a lil shabbily dressed in a oversized hoodie but the temperature dropped and i was on vacation...but had she took the time to notice the pandora jewelry i had on a bracelet worth over $600 the matching bow, ring and bracelet set I had on..she would known i had a slight addiction to all things pandora. But then i ran into Andrea who was Wonderful and accommodating answered my question AND offered suggestions on a braclet i inquired about..which lead me to its purchase and slight upgrade AND a ring! Andrea was great..you ..might tell some of the other sales ladies to never judge a sale on someone's appearance.

I visited the Pandora Outlet store in Pigeon Forge, TN. It was the first time I have shopped at this store. I purchased several charms for my bracelet, which was the reason for my stay in Pigeon Forge. I received a free charm after purchasing more than $125.00 in merchandise so always appreciate a free gift. I love Pandora bracelets/charms and was assisted by a friendly and professional clerk. I'm happy with my purchase and my experience with the outlet.
