I was on vacation and stopped at this location for last minute shopping. Location was clean staff friendly. If I lived in the area I would visit again!!

I was please with the service being it was the weekend b4 the Christmas holiday and we did not have to wait long for someone to assist us, which was nice. There was a huge selection in sizes for my daughter to choose from as well.

My husband bought me a ring several years ago that I love. Unfortunately it broke the other day and when looking for it online, found out it was retired. I decided to go to the outlet, but I didn't have the ring with me. The associate knew exactly what I was taking about and went right to it. She was awesome and I got a new ring at a great price!

Everything was laid out very well and easy to see what was in stocked. The employee Brittany was very helpful and friendly and knew the merchandise very well!

The sales associate was very helpful and patient with me while I tried to determine the correct size bracelet for my daughter which was a gift. She was also very careful to ensure I fully understood the return policy in the event the bracelet did not fit.

Had a damged ring and wasn't expecting a replacement, thought I would have to mail it back for repair. Associate was very nice and helpful.
