IT WAS A VERY BUSY TIME OF DAY AND THE STORE WAS VERY BUSY AS USUAL AND THE SALES ASSOCIATE WAS VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL WITH HELPING ME SELECT THE PERFECT GIFT FOR MY DAUGHTER'S AND MY MOTHER N LAW AND DID NOT RUSH ME THROUGH AND TOOK THE TIME TO TEND TO ME NOT LIKE MY OTHER EXPIERIENCES IN THE OTHER STORES I HAD HAD EARLIER THAT DAY AND THAT MEANT ALOT WHEN PICKING OUT A SPECIAL GIFT FOR YOUR LOVED ONES WHEN YOU RE UNCERTAIN OF WHAT THEIR TASTES MAY BE AND SHE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO THAT MATTER AND I AM SO THANKFUL FOR THAT AND THEN SHE WRAPPED MY GIFTS FOR ME AND I HAVE TO SAY I HAD AND EXCELENT SHOPPING TRIP HERE !! I WILL BE RETURNING!!

Our sales associate was very friendly and easy to talk to. She was patient and took as much time with me as I needed to feel good about my purchase.

I am getting married and we wanted to get me a special ring. At first we could not find the size but the lady that helped would not stop until she found it for me. It was perfect.

This was my first Pandora purchase. I was very impressed with the knowledge of the sales associate as well as the patience she demonstrated while I made my purchase. The sales associate helped me selecting the proper charms as well as the proper bracelet.

I was highly satisfied in the purchase and the price. However; while I was in there, there was an employee with an extremely foul attitude. I did not work with her, the woman who I worked with was excellent, although the other woman was nasty towards other customers. She had and attitude and told one man to get out of the way. I think it was highly unprofessional and found It very unpleasant

The lady who helped me, Jan, was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure that I was happy and satisfied. She showed me multiple trays of charms and was continuously friendly. It was a joy to shop with her.
