Sales associates were fun and extremely knowledgeable

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Pandora products. Enjoyed the way the staff communicated with each other. The store was pretty busy they all work together making sure each guest was taking care of.

I went to the store to find a particular charm and found it. I was so satisfied with the selection of items in the clearance section. I brought 7 more charms. The store manager Zachary was very helpful.

Lindsey was very patient as I requested to see different trays and charms. She also assisted in personalizing a previous purchased charm as well.

Excellent experience

Associates were immediately helpful. I recently lost my Mom and inherited her charm bracelet. They were very empathetic and helped me pick some charms to memorialize her and personalize for me. Even offered a tissue when I cried.

Zachary was my sales attendant. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to be helpful. More so than I expected. I was very pleased with my experience at this store.
