Returned a ring that stone fell out of and they let me exchange it for another one just like it with no problem. GREAT customer service!! One of the associates was wearing a Pandora necklace that I fell in love with so I purchased one!! So happy with my shopping experience here! I LOVE PANDORA AND THE SALES ASSOCIATES at this store!!!!!
