Upon entering the store I was greeted immediately and was asked what I was shopping for. I shared what I was looking for and I was guided step by step through the whole process and was shown products I was interested in. I felt like I was carefully listened to.

I bought a replacement engagement ring when mine was stolen and the one that I purchased AFTER an exchange has turned my finger green after spending almost 300$!!!
