I came into the store wanting a pearl charm for my new grandson’s birthstone. The sales assistant was very helpful and I found one quickly.

I was able to find many rings at a great price point!

The associate, Savannah, was so personable and helpful and showed me several selections so that I could make the best choices. I also observed other associates as well and all were very ready and willing to assist however not pushy.

As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted with friendly staff and each one was ready to wait on me . The salesperson was really nice and friendly she told me that it was third day , but you couldn’t tell she was very notable she knew about the merchandise,so my visit to the store was amazing. I enjoyed getting some retired Christmas charms to add to my Christmas bracelet. The one thing I did not like during this visit was not being able to take advantage of the Pandora event taking place. The offer was spend $100 to get a free ring, pair of earrings or leather bracelet up to $65 value. At this store you could only get a free ring. I now wish I had taken advantage of the offer while at home instead of waiting to buy on vacation. I lost out on a pair of earrings by waiting to shop at this store.

The sales associates was very help and patient and polite. The store is very clean. The love the 50% off on the charns.
