The saws associates really took her time and did not rush us. The clip on the bracelet I bought the night before was bent. She took it back without any issues and gave me a new one. The sales associate was extremely happy and professional.

The sales associate was friendly and extremely patient with us. She offered us the most merchandise for our money, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied without making us feel forced into a purchase we were not looking for.

I was unsure on what size ring I wore, and the lady at the counter helped me find what size I needed and made sure it wouldn’t come off so easily. Very helpful when trying to find a certain item, knowledge about keeping it clean and what not to do with my ring!

I visit this particular store every time I am in Pigeon Forge. I always get a charm to commemorate my vacation. This time I took my mother with me. The sales lady was very pleasant to deal with and knew the exact charm I was looking for. Unfortunately, they did not have the one my mother was looking for since “they are considered an outlet store and are a year behind on their merchandise,” according to the sales lady. All-in-all, it was a pleasant visit. My mother and I both made a pleasing purchase.

As soon as we got into the store, the sales associate greeted my daughter and I. We had in mind what we wanted on our "wish list" and they had my daughter's but didn't have mine. But that was O.K., cause I ended up getting two that was on my "wish list" that was on sale for the price of the one that I went in to get. By the way, the reason they didn't have mine is they were an outlet store and I wanted a new charm and they won't have it til next year...Thanks PANDORA!!!!!!
