It was a very busy Saturday afternoon! The salesperson was very helpful, I received a bracelet as a gift and 3 people tried to unscrew the balls, lol we were doing it wrong, she show me the correct way! I purchased 2 baby charms for a shower gift and a Christmas charm for myself!

The sales person on duty is really accomodating. especially Esther W that’s the name of the sales associate who assists us, also the lady who’s working with her that time i don’t know her name she is so nice. Both of them are so nice. We are truly satisfied to their customer service.

Friendly staff helped me find a unique item. Great location in a busy area, easy to get to. Unfortunately I don’t live near here or I would visit often!
