The sales clerk who waited on me was very friendly and understanding. My sister has cancer and it is spreading in her body. My husband was buying me a pandora bracelet so I can look at it and think of the love and bond I have for my sister. The sales clerk Delena was so compassionate and understanding that she went above & be on to help me find what I was looking for. We will definitely be returning to the store and asking for her to add to my bracelet. Great store & Great Customer Service! Very Satisfied Customer! 💕

Esther helped me to find retired charms that I could not find online. She showed me how to make my clips stay in place. She also removed all of my charms and placed the new ones on the bracelet exactly where I wanted them!
