I've always loved Pandora for quite some time and finally purchased my very first Pandora bracelet and charm. My mom chose a Moments Sparkling bracelet as I picked interlocking hearts charm to represent my soon-to-be 10-year anniversary. It's absolutely the perfect start to my forever Pandora collection.

There were 2 associates in the store-the first to wait on me seemed new and less knowledgeable about the stock so she wisely asked the second. The second, Delena, was a wealth of information. She was very helpful, intuitive and insightful. She helped us put into words, then fulfill what we wanted when we had only a general idea without changing our intention or talking us into anything!

Employee was attentive to what I needed and offered both retired and current pieces finding exactly what I was wanting! She was super friendly, too😊

I knew what I wanted and went to the store to purchase. Questions were answered and helpful suggestions were given.
